CATCH Fitness Week

During our CATCH Fitness Week, we focused on daily themes to promote health and well-being:
 
Monday: Milk (or Water) Monday (students are encouraged to drink water or milk at lunch)
Tuesday: Try-It Tuesday (students are encouraged to try new foods or activities during lunch)
Wednesday: Wonderful Wednesday (teachers are encouraged to try an "activity break" in class)
Thursday: Family Activity at home (families are encouraged to participate in an activity at home)
Friday: Fit Friday (students and parents are invited to walk/run track before school)
 
Daily prizes were given away for students that were "caught" making healthy choices.
