10/21-10/25

Culinary: It's PIZZA TIME! We will be learning how to use yeast to create dough for our pizza this week. We will be using our knife skills and creating individual pizzas in our 2 Day lab (Wednesday and Thursday).
Food, Family and Finance: Students have learned how to sew by hand and how to sew on our sewing machines. This week we will wrap up our pillow projects and get a class picture of our final products on Friday.
